This Refund Policy applies to all services, packages, subscriptions, and solutions provided by DBS Digital Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Services
DBS Digital Hub primarily provides digital, custom, and on-demand services, including but not limited to:
- Web design & development
- AI agents, automation, and integrations
- Digital marketing solutions
- Software consulting and implementation
- Subscription-based tools and platforms (including third-party software)
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are limited as outlined below.
2. One-Time & Custom Services
2.1 Deposits & Project Initiation
- All setup fees, deposits, and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Commencement includes discovery sessions, planning, design drafts, system setup, or any technical configuration.
2.2 Milestone-Based Projects
- Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered or approved.
- If a project is terminated mid-way, charges will apply proportionally to work already completed.
2.3 Client Delays or Inaction
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by missing content, approvals, credentials, or lack of communication from the client.
3. Subscription Services & Retainers
3.1 Monthly / Recurring Services
- Subscription fees (monthly or recurring) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Clients may cancel future billing cycles with prior written notice, as stated in their agreement or proposal.
3.2 Minimum Commitment Periods
- Where a minimum contract or commitment period applies, early termination does not entitle the client to a refund.
4. Third-Party Software & Platform Changes
DBS Digital Hub may resell, configure, integrate, or implement third-party software, platforms, or services as part of the solutions we provide. These third-party systems are owned and operated by independent providers, and may be subject to changes, updates, limitations, suspensions, pricing adjustments, feature removals, or discontinuation at any time.
4.1 Fees associated with third-party software, platforms, services, or subscriptions are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers, and are non-refundable once activated.
4.2 DBS Digital Hub is not responsible for any changes, limitations, outages, pricing updates, policy updates, or feature removals imposed by third-party software providers.
4.3 In the event a third-party platform that forms part of your service becomes unavailable, significantly modified, or discontinued, DBS Digital Hub may offer a functionally comparable alternative solution at no additional setup or migration cost.
- Clients may choose whether to continue with the alternative solution or terminate their service.
- Choosing not to continue does not entitle the client to a refund for previous charges.
4.4 If a client elects to continue with an alternative platform, the monthly service fees will remain at the same price as the original agreed monthly fee, to the extent possible and where applicable.
5. Price Changes & Software Dependency Disclaimer
Service pricing may change due to increases, pricing adjustments, or feature changes from third-party service providers or software licensors. DBS Digital Hub reserves the right to revise pricing, packages, or service inclusions when external software costs change.
Where advance notice is feasible, clients will be notified of upcoming changes. Updated pricing applies to future billing cycles or renewals, not past charges.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of DBS Digital Hub in exceptional cases where:
- Services were not delivered at all due to fault solely attributable to DBS Digital Hub
- A written agreement explicitly provides for a refund
Any approved refund:
- Will exclude third-party costs
- Will be processed using the original payment method
- May take 7–14 business days to complete
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting DBS Digital Hub constitutes a breach of this policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend services and access during dispute investigations.

DBS Digital Hub may update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
